1000 meter time trial

Row a 1000 meter time trial, going for your personal best. After you've rowed, enter your time in the Online Ranking and see where you stand with others of your age, gender and weight class.

Summary

Man, I was doing pretty good for the first 500 meters and then kind of died for the last 500. I definitely can't wait to redo this workout in a month to see how I do. Looking at the ranking (342 of 544 – 37th percentile) I definitely have room to improve!

Goal

My goal is to be sub 3:30 for the 1000 meter row, which would put me in the 50th percentile.
